The ANU Channel on YouTube features ANU Professor Brian Schmidt giving a press conference at Parliament House in Canberra, to discuss receiving the Nobel Prize for Physics. He is introduced by ANU Vice-Chancellor Professor Ian Young.

 

Announced in Stockholm, Sweden, the 2011 award is shared with two US scientists -- Professor Adam Riess from Johns Hopkins University and Professor Saul Perlmutter from the University of California, Berkeley.
