The AITC Team at the Australian National University (ANU) Advanced Instrumentation and Technology Centre (AITC) has won the 2021 ANU Vice-Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Research. The award was announced by the ANU Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation) Professor Keith Nugent at an award ceremony held remotely on 24 November 2021.

In the recording of the award ceremony, the 2021 Vice Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Research are announced from 39’38’’, while the AITC Team's Award is announced starting from 42’38’’.
