Q: Can I save my proposal before submitting it?

You can sumit your proposal and edit it later by selecting it from the My Proposals link available from the menu. You can also delete the proposal and start again if you wish.

Q: What font size is recommended?

For readability, we recommend a font size that is 11pt or larger, and margins should be at least 1 cm. Recall that the scientific justification should be no more than two pages.

Q: Do I need to make the proposal anonymous?

No, you do not. We may introduce this in future proposal rounds.

Q: How do add Co-Is to the proposal

First, you need to Co-Is create a Data Central account.   Once the account is created, the Co-Is need to log into the Lens account at least once. The name should then be available from the second section of the proposal form.

Q: I am unable to see my program in the ObsPrep Tool.

To see your program in the ObsRep Tool, you need to first specify your co-observers in Lens. Note that the PI is implicitly made a co-observer during this step. See section 3 of the Lens 2.3m User Guide for details.
