I am a Digital Communications Officer working between RSAA and the ARC Centre of Excellence for All Sky Astrophysics in 3 Dimensions (ASTRO 3D). I create video and still image, including photography, content for media releases, the website, and social media. I also create printed material including flyers, posters and ePublications to promote the Centre’s research and education programs. This includes the monthly eNewsletter and the mammoth undertaking of the ASTRO 3D annual report. I have also made a start in the very exciting and rewarding area of creating illustrations for research papers to help promote and demonstrate the science for media releases. In addition to all this exciting work, I help out with ASTRO 3D administration including membership, event and meeting organisation and whatever needs doing.
